Effective date of implementation of specified Rules of Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009

S.O.1324(E).–In pursuance of clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 1 of the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009, made under Section 79 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), the Central Government hereby appoints the 31st May, 2009 as the date on which Rules 32 and 33 and Rules 38 to 40 of Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009 shall come into force.
