HC dismisses appeal as petitioners have alternate & efficacious remedy of moving the concerned HCs

Udaipur Chambers of Commerce  Vs Union of India (Supreme Court of India) WP(C) No 1309/2021, WP(C) No 1119/2021, WP(C) No 1076/2021, WP(C)  No 827/2020, WP(C) No 1323/2021 and WP(C) No 1370/2021 We are not inclined to entertain the petitions under Article 32 of the Constitution in the first instance before this Court.
