ORDER
The following officer are deployed as Nodal Officers by H&FW Department, GNCT of Delhi vide their order No.PA/SS-11/H&FW/2020/COVID-19/PART–VI/811 dated 25.4.2021 for better coordination with hospitals and oxygen units/refiller centers:

The Nodal Officers will strictly comply with the directions contained in above referred H&FW Department order No.PA/SS-11/H&FW/2020/COVID-19/PART-VI/811 dated 25.4.2021. They will keep the track of availability of stock with supplier agency and also keep liaison between supplier agency and hospitals. They will also keep monitoring and assist hospitals in taking token numbers from mapped supplier agency to vehicles of hospitals.
The Nodal Officers will monitor that Hospitals are taking oxygen from their mapped refilling agency only as per H&FW Department order No.PA/SS-II/H&FW/2020/COVID-19/PART-IV/811 dated 1.5.2021. However, in case of emergency/SOS raised by Hospitals, the Nodal Officer will take prior permission of District Magistrate (Central) first in respect of SOS raiser Hospital to raise SOS with concerned District Magistrate in whose jurisdiction refilling/ supplier agency falls.

It is further clarified that Hospitals will raise SOS strictly only in emergency situation and will raise the demand two hour in advance in ‘Private hospital CD’ WhatsApp group (alongwith details of true estimated time to empty of their remaining stock) on their letter head duly signed by MS of the Hospital concerned. It may also be noted that if during the time of audit or at any stage it is found that wrong information was furnished by the hospital concerned while raising SOS alarm, the strict action as deemed fit, will be initiated against the defaulters as per law.
