There are different tasks such as design, financial planning, acquisition of land, operating, maintaining and carrying out paper works and execution which different companies perform as per their specialty.
Types of Construction Companies:
Civil Engineering Company
Civil Engineering is basically an activity of Planning, Designing, Maintaining construction of Building Structures and Infrastructure such as Roads, Railway, Airports, Bridges, Tunnels, Dams, Harbours, Irrigation Projects, Power Plants, Water and sewage system, etc.

General Contractors
General Contracting Companies are those Construction Contractors, Main Contractors, Sub- Contractors which are responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Construction Sites, Management of vendors and traders, etc.
These Contractors are generally Small players which take work on a subcontract basis from big players. They do not indulge in Engineering and consultancy work rather they refer to take a simple project which involves management and labor-related work.

Industrial Infrastructure Companies
Industrial Infrastructure includes building any special site, water park, water dock, industrial park, Commercial or Residential Property, or any combination thereof.

Real Estate Construction Companies
Real estate is a vide business and this industry consists of very big players.
Construction Companies under this industry focuses only on Real Estate construction contracts which may include Commercial complex, Societies, Business towers, Flats, Villas, office buildings, etc.
