(OP-1), Adison Equipment Company (OP-2), Tulips Global (OP-3), and Shreya Enterprises (OP-4). The allegation stemmed from Tender No. Gem/2023/B/3149411 floated by the Government Medical College, Haldawani, Uttarakhand.
