Subject: Resolution of issues on MCA21 -V3 Portal
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has launched both LLP and Company Modules on MCA-21 V3 portal in a phased manner. It has been noticed that users are facing challenges in filling and filing of e-Forms on MCA-21 V3 portal and the Institute has been receiving queries regarding the issues being faced by stakeholders.
In this regard, we have developed separate google forms to obtain the details of such issues so as to sort them for easy redressal. On the basis of the information received, the same will be communicated to the MCA/LTI for early resolution.
In view of the same, you are requested to specify the issues being faced by you in the respective google forms at the links given below:

These helplines would be available for the stakeholders from 11 AM to 5 PM during all working days. You are requested to access the same for resolution of the issues. It may be noted that the issues are being taken up one to one with LTI Team on First-in-First-Out basis. Therefore, there can be waiting time in taking up of issues.
