The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is taking various initiatives for the continued growth of CS Profession and its increased recognition, awareness and trust amongst the Corporates, Regulators and Government. In it’s pursuit of professional excellence, The ICSI has always provided the best support to all it’s stakeholders, specially to it’s students. A number of CS students including those students who come from far flung areas of the country require various information regarding the CS course and help in clearing their doubts on subject matter on real-time basis.
In order to cater to urgent queries related to academic requirements of the CS Students, ICSI launched ‘ACADEMIC HELPLINE 011-6675 7777’ today, as a major step towards providing best services to it’s students .
Shri Suresh Prabhu, Hon’ble Union Minister for Railways, launched the ‘Academic Helpline’ and applauded the dynamic efforts of the Institute in enabling the student helpline. He further appreciated the overall efforts being made by ICSI in providing a digital friendly environment to its students.

Dedicating the ACADEMIC HELPLINE to CS students, CS (Dr) Shyam Agrawal, President, ICSI said that, “This Academic Helpline shall have a pool of faculty resources to cater to the queries of our students. The Students can reach ICSI Academic Helpline core team at 011 -6675 7777 and get answer to all their queries. Our helpline team will guide students and connect them to the subject experts/faculty across the country”.
CS (Dr) Shyam Agrawal further added that, “The Institute has taken on board best of the faculty/experts to guide students on various subjects. Academic Helpline will become a boon for the CS student fraternity as the Helpline will remain open from 7 am to 11 pm . The extended hours will help our students to get guidance at their convenient time”.
