Summary: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) announced that the results of the CS Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022) and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) Examinations for the June 2026 session will be declared on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. The Professional Programme result will be declared at 11:00 A.M., while the Executive Programme result will be declared at 02:00 P.M. The results, along with individual candidates’ subject-wise break-up of marks, will be available on the Institute’s website, www.icsi.edu. The formal e-Result-cum-Marks Statement for the Executive Programme will be uploaded immediately after declaration for downloading, and no physical copy will be issued. For the Professional Programme, the Result-cum-Marks Statement will be despatched to candidates at their registered addresses. Candidates who do not receive it within 30 days may contact the Institute at [email protected] with their particulars. The next CS Professional and Executive Programme examinations will be held from December 21 to December 28, 2026, with online enrolment applications opening from August 26, 2026.

The result alongwith individual Candidate’s subject-wise break-up of marks will be available on the Institute’s website : www.icsi.edu on declaration of the result.
Formal e-Result-cum-Marks Statement of Executive Programme Examination (Syllabus 2022) will be uploaded on the website of the Institute www.icsi.edu immediately after declaration of result for downloading by Candidates for their reference, use and records. No physical copy of the Result-cum-Marks Statement will be issued.
The Result-cum-Marks Statement for Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022) Examination will be despatched to the Candidates at their registered address soon after declaration of the result. In case the physical copy of Result-cum-Marks Statement is not received by any Candidate within 30 days of declaration of result, such Candidates may contact the Institute at : exam@icsi.edu along with his/her particulars.
The next Examinations of Company Secretaries Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022) and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) will be held from Monday, the 21st December, 2026 to Monday, the 28th December, 2026, in afternoon session for which on-line submission of enrolment applications together with requisite Examination fee shall commence from 26th August, 2026.
