The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, through its Professional Development Committee, has released the draft panel for appointment or re-appointment of statutory auditors for State Co-operative Banks (StCCBs) and Central Co-operative Banks (CCBs) for the year 2026–27. The panel has been prepared based on applicable guidelines, using the MEF panel 2025–26 as the base. Applicants can access their assigned categories (A/B/C) as per the guidelines dated January 15, 2024, through the official portal. The Institute has provided a mechanism for applicants to submit observations or complaints online or through designated contact numbers. The draft panel will remain available until May 8, 2026, after which queries will be addressed. Subsequently, the finalized panel will be forwarded to National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development for consideration.

Please note that the MEF panel 2025-26 has been taken as the base panel for preparation of this draft panel.
The applicants would be able to view their Category: A/B/C (as case may be) as per Guidelines on Appointment / Re-appointment of Statutory Auditors of State Co-operative Banks and Central Co-operative Banks dated January 15, 2024.
