The Gopalganj Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Gopalganj, At- Post office Chowk, P.o+Distt- Gopalganj invites sealed tender under two bid system from Chartered Accountant Firm for concurrent audit for F.Y.- 2018-19 of its 16(sixteen) branches, 1(One) extention counter along with Head Office on following terms & Conditions:-
Term & Conditions:-
1. Tender have to submit Technical bid and Financial bid in separate envelop by registered post/ Courier/ by hand at Head Office of the The Gopalganj Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Gopalganj.
2. The Last date of receipt of tender is 19.03.2018 till 1.00 P.M.
3. Bid will be opened on 19.03.2018 at 2.30 P.M.
4. After qualifying of technical bid financial bid will be opened.
5. Firms have to submit document in respect of their experience for minimum of three years as concurrent auditor of DCCB/RRB/Other Bank.
6. Firm must be registered from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.
7. GST No, PAN No has to furnished along with technical bid.
8. The selected firm will be responsible for internal checks of all transactions, other verifications and compliance with procedure laid down by RBI and NABARD.
9. The bank reserved the right to accept or reject in part or fully any or all the offers without assigning any reason thereof.
