The CBI is planning to question ex-Satyam chairman B Ramalinga Raju via video conferencing as he continues to dodge the special CBI court’s summons in connection with the multi-crore fraud in the IT firm he founded.

Raju, the prime accused in the scam, is suffering from Hepatitis-C and is currently undergoing treatment at the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) here.

Raju has been abstaining from court proceedings since last September citing health reasons, initially for heart ailment and later for Hepatitis-C ailment.

Though the additional chief metropolitan magistrate and special CBI judge BVLN Chakravarti on April 12 had asked the NIMS to furnish details of Raju?s health condition on a daily basis with copies of daily case sheets and medical tests conducted on him since March 31 for verification, so far no report has been filed by the NIMS.

How does this news get released to the media even before the person is actually questioned? Does it not show impropriety of the CBI?
How does this really continue happening by the investigation agencies?
