INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR EMPANELMENT AS CONCURRENT AUDITORS
CBHFL invites application for empanelment as Concurrent Auditors for its Branches at Surat, New Delhi, Bangalore, Indore, Jaipur from Partnership or Proprietorship firm of Chartered Accountant of at least 1 year of vintage or retired officers of Public Sector Banks (PSBs) who retired in Scale III or above and had experience in Branch Management and/or Audit for at least 5 years.
Other Terms:
1) Short-listing for empanelment will be done considering the experience of the CA firm/Retired Officer of PSB, nearness of the CA firm / Retired PSB Officer etc. One CA firm / Retired Officer out of the empanelled CA firm(s) / Bank Officer(s) will be given appointment as Concurrent Auditor initially for 2 years.
Decision of the Company in this regard is final.
2) Only the empanelled CA firm(s) / Retired PSB Officer(s) will be communicated on empanelment. Fees & other details will be communicated only to CA firm(s) / Retired PSB Officer(s) who will be shortlisted for appointment as Concurrent Auditors.
3) Mere submission of application and/or empanelment, does not, in any, constitute any right for allotment of any audit job from the Bank. After empanelment, the work will be allotted as and when need arises at the sole discretion of CBHFL.
4) Audit fees per month will be Rs.5,000/- which may increase up to Rs.10,000/- depending on the volume of transactions etc. Fees will be paid quarterly within 1 month of submission of report at applicable rate. Company reserves the right to set the fees and review it from time to time to reset fees.
Decision of the Company in this regard is final.
6) Company may terminate the assignment of the Concurrent Auditor at any point of time without assigning any reason.
7) In case of any modification in advertisement, same shall be updated only in Website.
8) Company may set other terms & conditions as it thinks fit.
