Anshu Thakur is a second-year B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) student at the School of Law, Forensic Justice and Policy Studies, National Forensic Sciences University, Delhi. Her academic interests lie at the intersection of corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance, with particular attention to taxation, financial regulation, and the legal challenges emerging from rapid technological change. Her research spans corporate and business law, banking and financial regulation, GST, FEMA, and securities law, alongside a growing focus on technology-driven legal issues. She is especially drawn to how shifting regulatory frameworks reshape compliance obligations and business practice, and she works to translate these developments into clear, practically grounded analysis for businesses, professionals, and policymakers alike.
