I am the key managerial professional responsible for ensuring that the Company operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and governance standards. The role includes advising the Board of Directors on corporate governance practices, statutory obligations under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations (where applicable), and other relevant corporate laws. I ensures timely filing of statutory returns, maintenance of statutory registers and records, and proper conduct of Board, Committee, and General Meetings. The position also involves monitoring compliance with internal policies, codes of conduct, and regulatory requirements, acting as a liaison between the Company, regulators, shareholders, and other stakeholders. I Completely supports the Board in implementing best governance practices, risk management frameworks, and ethical standards, thereby contributing to transparency, accountability, and sustainable growth of the Company.
