Job Experience

Having a mixed experience of traditional and modern practice, I started my career interning with a mid sized firm in Mumbai and had diversified experience servicing clients across varied industries globally. Qualified as a chartered accountant in 2011 and joined Deloitte with its Statutory audit vertical in financial service and banking division. Later got associated with KPMG in the International and Domestic tax & Regulatory advisory division. After disassociating with KPMG in 2014, started practicing as a chartered accountant under firm name Wadhwa & Shah. Here, besides the other roles being managed by the partners of the organisation, I take care of management consultancy, International tax advisory, transaction and consultancy services. I am closely working with various DigiTech companies and Tech startups (including FinTech). We started our consulting company CapDeck Advisors in 2020 which houses a team of professionals taking care of cross boarder advisory services, transfer pricing consultancy, start-up consultancy and internal audits.
