Through my roles, I've engaged in tasks such as MIS preparation and discussions with management, monthly budgeting and reconciliation, Company valuation, Annual operational planning, Cohort analysis, Financial due diligence (FDD) of various company engaged in different industries, Slump sale arrangements, Tax planning, Startup India recognition, Internal audits, Labor law compliance, Statutory audits, and ROC compliance.
