In addition, I am well-versed in matters related to the Registrar of Companies (RD), including the conversion of public companies into private companies under section 14, shifting of registered office from one state to another under section 13, compounding of offenses, and managing the entry of back-end directors under sections 167(3) and 168(3). I have also experienced the conversion of Section 8 companies into other forms of companies and provided liaison services for the submission of conversion, shifting, and merger and amalgamation reports."
