Dainik is a chartered accountant who cleared all levels of the CA Examinations on their first attempt. His professional journey has vast exposure in various domains including GST Litigation & Advisory, SEZ Units Establishment in GIFT City, Gandhinagar including consultation for day-to-day compliances, Govt. incentives Schemes (Gujarat IT Policy, PLI Scheme, etc.), FEMA Advisory & Non-Resident Taxation services, and executing ERP Implementation projects in Tally. Dainik has provided guidance and support to numerous Chinese companies in navigating the process of setting up their businesses in India. Leveraging the experience that he gained over several years across multiple domains, Dainik was entrusted with the role of Virtual CFO for a textile-based manufacturing entity situated in Gujarat whose group turnover exceeds 2000 crore, on behalf of the firm. His efforts to deliver strategic guidance to foreign companies and non-resident individuals significantly simplify them to establish their footprint in India very easily. He has also provided advisory services to them on formulating entry strategies to capture the Indian market.
