Notably, she spearheaded the successful implementation of "System Driven Disclosures" and served as Compliance Officer of CDSL in adherence to SEBI regulations. Previously, at Indian Clearing Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of BSE Ltd., she ensured adherence to regulatory requirements, focusing on corporate governance and insider trading. Beyond her professional endeavors, she exhibits diverse IT skills and a keen interest in legal interpretation, research, compliance, and report-making, indicating her readiness to pursue further professional growth and excel in future endeavors, armed with a wealth of experience and expertise.
