S.O. (E) – In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act 1992, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, and in pursuance to the provisions under Para 2(iv) of Notification 20/2023 dated 20.07.2023, the Central Government hereby permits export of 2,00,000 MTs of Non-Basmati White Rice under ITC(HS) code 10063090 to Malaysia through National Cooperative Exports Limited (NOEL).
Effect of the Notification: Export of 2,00,000 MTs of Non-Basmati White Rice under ITC(HS) code 10063090 to Malaysia is permitted through National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL).
