 S.O.  (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:-

 (i)  the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi;

(ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai; and

(iii)  the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Nhava Sheva, Mumbai

 for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice  pertaining to M/s. Banaco Overseas, B-3/9, Second Floor, Model Town-1, Delhi and M/s Mirtunjaya Kitchen Mart, B-3/9, Second Floor, Model Town-1, Delhi issued vide, DRI F.No. 50D/114/2006-C.I., dated the 3rd March, 2009, by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, 7th Floor, ‘D’ Block, I.P.Bhavan, I.P.Estate, New Delhi 110002.
