G.S.R. (E ) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Kandla to be the Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai and Commissioner of Customs. Calcutta for the purpose of adjudicating the Show Cause Notice No. 50D/20A/96 dated the 29th March,2000 pertaining to M/s. Ganapati Commerce Limited, AJC Bose Road, Calcutta and No. 50D/20B/96-CI. dated the 29th March,2000 pertaining to M/s. Ganapati Combines Limited, AJC Bose Road, Calcutta issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi.
