Today new V3 portal has been implemented by Infosys with many changes on process of forms
1. Now every time to login in V3 requires an OTP creating a lot of inconvenience.
2. Now every DIN holder has update DSC in v3 again even if that was registered in V2 already.
3. To update the DSC each DIN holder must create a separate business login and update their DSC from their own login.
4. Each login would be deactivated if the id is not logged in every 60 days.
5. Still the payment portal has not been fixed and old system continues
6. track srn doesn’t automatically open if you logged in through v3 still v2 login is required
7. still doubt the performance of v3 and its problems regarding saving the form
8. we have already the seen the glitches of LLP forms many similar glitches still persist today.
These small inconveniences hinder the experience even though we are paying e-filing fee for each form
These can easily be rectified or made efficient with a little bit of object flow
