Notice for applications for the post of Senior Standing Counsels and Junior Standing Counsels for Income Tax Department in Bombay High Court – Regarding.
The Income Tax Department, Mumbai proposes to empanel eligible advocates for the post of Senior Standing Counsels and Junior Standing Counsels in terms of CBDT’s Instruction No 7 of 2016 dated 07.09.2016 [ F.No. 279/Misc./M-75/2011-ITJ(Part-II)] for representation of cases before the Bombay High Court. In this regard an advertisement is being published in leading English, Hindi and Marathi newspapers in this week seeking applications from the meritorious and eligible candidates.
The willing and eligible advocates may file their application in the Pro-forma along with requisite annexures. The advocates desirous of being considered for above posts may send the completed applications with photocopies of relevant documents to the following address:

The last date for filling duly filled in application is 31.03.2022.
