Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub: Fee structure for Debenture Trustees in the IFSC
1. The debenture trustees in the IFSC are governed by the IFSCA (Capital Market Intermediaries) Regulations, 2021.
2. The following fee structure shall be applicable to all Debenture Trustees in the IFSC
a) Application fee of USD 500;
b) Registration fee of USD 2,500;
3. For manner of payment for the above fees, refer to the circular “Account Details for fee to be remitted to IFSCA” dated September 08, 2021.
4. This circular is issued in exercise of powers conferred under sections 12 and 13 of the IFSCA Act, 2019 and regulation 72 of the IFSCA (Capital Market Intermediaries) Regulations, 2021.
