Notification No. 21/2016-Customs (N.T.)
New Delhi, the 8th February, 2016
S.O…. (E). –In the exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.35/2007-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 26th April, 2007, published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number S.O.665(E), dated the 26th April, 2007, namely:-
In the said notification, after serial number (iv) and the entries relating thereto the following shall be inserted, namely:-.
“(v) the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Chennai”.
