Sir,
I am directed to refer to this Department’s letter of even number dated 7th May, 2021(copy enclosed) on the subject cited above and to state that inorder to ensure ease of doing business during the Covid related hardships, this Department has further decided to extend the time period for filing APRs/OPRs by SEZ Units/Developers/EOUs upto 31st December, 2021.
