Corrigendum
In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 25/2004-Service Tax, dated the 10th September, 2004, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 599 (E), dated the 10th September, 2004, at page 26-
| (i) | in line 18, for “by any body corporate or commercial concern”, read “by a commercial concern”; |
| (ii) | in line 19 for “financial company,”, read “financial company or any other body corporate,”; and |
| (iii) | in line 22, for “financial company”, read “financial company or any other body corporate”. |
