Solution to issues on Digital Learning Hub portal ICAI

Hello all!  Hope you all are doing well and safe at home. To sharpen the skills of members ICAI come up with online courses and publication. The publication was already available at ICAI site but on different places. So to give solution to problem of searching material at different places. A portal has been designed with the name Digital Learning Hub (DLH) learing.icai.org . But some peer friends are facing issues in accessing the courses and materials available with the portal.

So here I come with the solution of issues commonly faced .

Q 1. What are System requirement and browser setting for accessing   DLH.

Ans: 1. Mozilla Firefox (Latest version): Some courses are not accessible on Internal Explorer and even Chrome so I suggest you to use Mozilla Firefox.

2. Latest version of Java

3. Adobe Flash Player (For some courses it is required)

4. Allow pop up for this site.

This are the only requirements for this portal. I think this will help you to access the course.

Q 2. How to Login on DLH Portal?

Ans: You can login on this portal by using user ID and Password of SSP portal.

Q 3. How to access course/publication

Ans: Subscribe the course you want to access. After subscribing it will be available to My Dashboard tab. Go to My Dashboard.  Click on the arrow appearing in right side of Course Name. then again click on drop down line appeared there. Now Launch button will appear. Click on launch. Course will open in New window. So make sure Pop up is unblocked for this site. If Blocked then allow the pop up.

Q 4. What about CPE hours, will it be allowed?

Ans:  CPE hours are allowed for some courses. Which will be automatically credited. You need not to claim it manually. you can see CPE hours on cpeapp.icai.org. Login to your account. You can see it in unstructured attendance under attendance tab.
