National Stock Exchange (NSE) vide Circular NSE/CML/2020/12  dated 17th April, 2020 has issued and published Compliance Calendar for relaxations in relation to compliance with various provisions due to COVID-19 pandemic to:

  • The Company Secretary
  • All Listed Companies
  • SEBI vide its various circulars relaxations certain provisions under various Regulations due to COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Exchange has taken an initiative and prepared compliance calendar which listed entity are required to submit on various due dates. This compliance calendar will help company to update all compliances which are required to be submit on exchange at one place.

Compliance Calendar for relaxations in relation to compliance with various provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, issued by SEBI vide various circulars for relaxations under various Regulations due to COVID-19 pandemic.

SEBI has extend the due date of filing disclosures, in terms of Regulations 30(1), 30(2) and 31(4) of the SAST Regulations for the financial year ending March 31, 2020 to June 01, 2020.
12 Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (D & P) Regulations, 2018 21 days, over and above the lock down declared by Government of India.
13 Regulation 76 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 – Reconciliation of share capital audit report
