Recently Mr. Somu Naga Chandra has sought for Certain Information under RTI Act from ICAI regarding  number of application received for inspection, Verification  or issue of  certified copies for CA Final Examination held in May, 2018, November, 2018 and May, 2019 under Normal ICAI Provisions and under RTI Law. He specifically asked the details of Number of Cases in which Marks been revised, Number of cases in which due to such verification Students passed either one group of Both Group and number of cases in which marks been increased. You had submitted your RTI application dated 22,012020 received by us on 22,01.2020 seeking information under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

I had examined your aforesaid application & the reply received from the office and the reply is as follows:-

1. In point no. 1, 1(a) & 1(b) you had asked number of application received for inspection or certified copies for CA Final Examination held in May, 2018, November, 2018 and May, 2019 and number of cases where marks have increased and number of students who cleared one group or both the groups, in this regard, it is informed that the details as maintained are enclosed as Annexure ‘A’,

2. In point no. 2, 2(a) & 2(b) you had asked the number of applications received for verification for CA Final Examination held in May, 2018, November, 2018 May, 2019 and number of cases where marks have increased and number of students who cleared one group or both the groups, in this regard, it is informed that the details as maintained are enclosed as Annexure `B’.

3. In point no. 3, 3(a) & 3(b) you had asked number of application received for inspection or certified copies for CA Final Examination held in May, 2018, November, 2018 and May, 2019 under Right to Information Act, 2005 and number of cases where marks have increased and number of students who cleared one group or both the groups, in this regard, you may refer Annexure `B’ above.
