OFFICE ORDER
Subject: Setting up of NeAC as per E-assessment Scheme, 2019
In pursuance of para 4 of the E-assessment Scheme, 2019 made by the Central Government vide Notification No. 61 of 2019 dated 12th September, 2019, the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby sets up National e-Assessment Centre (NeAC), which shall have its headquarters at Delhi and shall comprise of the following Income-tax authorities:-
(i) Principal Chief Commissioner of Income-tax (NeAC), Delhi
(ii) Commissioner of Income-tax (NeAC), Delhi
(iii) Additional / Joint Commissioner of Income-tax (NeAC), Delhi – 1
(iv) Additional / Joint Commissioner of Income-tax (NeAC), Delhi – 2
(v) Deputy / Assistant Commissioner of Income-tax( NeAC), Delhi – 1
(vi) Deputy / Assistant Commissioner of Income-tax( NeAC), Delhi – 2
(vii) Deputy / Assistant Commissioner of Income-tax( NeAC), Delhi – 3
(viii) Deputy / Assistant Commissioner of Income-tax( NeAC), Delhi – 4
(ix) Income Tax Officer (NeAC), Delhi – 1
2. NeAC will have such other ministerial staff, executive or consultant, as considered necessary, which will be provided by the Principal CCIT (CCA), Delhi in consultation with the Board.
This issues with the approval of Chairman, CBDT.
