MCA wef 25.07.2019 has brought changes in Companies (Appointment and Qualifications of Directors) Rules, 2014 by amending it for the third time in year 2019.
The salient features of the amendment are:
1. A new E-form DIR-3 KYC WEB is been introduced which needs to be filled in by every Director who has already filed his DIR-3 KYC last year and his details remain unchanged.
2. E-form DIR-3 KYC is to be filed by those Directors who
~ have acquired DIN during the year or
~ have though filed DIR3 KYC last year but need to be update / change their mobile number and/or e-mail ID.
3. The compliance of filing E-form DIR3 KYC or E-form DIR3 KYC WEB with requisite fees is to be made by 30th September 2019, after which the penalty shall be levied.
