(DELISTING OF EQUITY SHARES)
(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2015
No. LAD-NRO/GN/2014-15/27/541.─ In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 read with section 21A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956), section 30, sub-section (1) of section 11 and sub-section (2) of section 11 A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992),the Board hereby makes the following Regulations to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, namely:-
1. These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015.
2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
