I have retired from Army on 31 October 2006 on completion of 24 years service. I have never file ITR due to my pension income is less than tax limit or lack of knowledge.
Now on receipt of the arrears of revision of my pension in the month of November 2019, TDS has been deducted.
Therefore you are kindly hereby requested please intimate me how to settle my problem on permanent basis and also intimate me which year I should now file ITR on which earlier date.
