NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30^th April, 2014

S.O. 1183 – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances (Amendment) Act, 2014 (16 of 2014), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of May, 2014, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
