MAHARASHTRA VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002.
No. Vat.1514/CR-22/Taxation-1.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 61 of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2005 the Government of Maharashtra hereby amend the Notification, Finance Department No. VAT.1514/C.R. 22/Taxation-1, dated the 12th February 2016 with effect from 22nd December, as follows, namely :—
In the said notification, in the table, in column (3), after Sr. No. 17 the following shall be added :—
“18 IDFC Bank.”
