Notification regarding establishment of Local Office of the Board at Bhubaneswar
No. LAD-N RO/GN/2012-1 3/23/5430. – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Board has established its Local Office at Bhubaneswar under the administrative control of its Eastern Regional Office at Kolkata. The Local Office so established shall look after the regulatory aspects of investor protection, investor education and such other functions as may be delegated from time to time, and its role and responsibility shall extend to the areas falling under the territorial jurisdiction of the State of Odisha.
