PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 176 (RE-2008)/2004-2009
NEW DELHI, THE 15th APRIL,2009
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraphs 2.1,2.4 and 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes following amendments in Public Notice No. 159(RE-2008)/2004-09, Dated 05.03.09.
2. Para 3 of the Public Notice No. 159(RE-2008)/2004-09, Dated 05.03.09 is substituted as following:-
“ 3. As regards special certification requirements, entries to be made in document EUR and GSP are as follows:-
Application of Regulation (EC) No. 950/2006, ACP/ India Sugar, Serial No. 09.4337)”.
3. All other provisions of the Public Notice No. 159(RE-2008)/2004-09 Dated 05.03.09 shall remain unchanged.
4. This issues in public interest.
