Sealed quotation is hereby invited by the District Magistrate & District Programme Co-ordinator, NREGS, Coochbehar from resourceful bonafied reputed chartered Accountant or ICWA Firm / Professionally skilled person having valid Income Tax / Service Tax etc. registration with experience and reputation and expertise in conduction of Institutional Financial Audit.
Important dates are as below:
- Quotation in plain paper or in letter-head along with mentioning the item and the quoted price clearly written in word and figure in sealed envelop may be dropped in the tender box placed at the office chamber of the Additional District Magistrate (Development), Coochbehar, during office hour latest by 3 p.m. on Thursday, 25th April, 2013.
- Sealed quotation will be opened on 25th April, 2013 at 3.30 pm. Intending percipients / Firms may remain present while opening quotation.
Terms & conditions are as follows:
1) Quantity of any item may vary 20% for which no change of rate will be allowed.
2) The applicant should state the quoted rate clearly in gross for each item (inclusive of all expenses like material cost, labour charge, transport charge, taxes etc.) for completing the work as specified.
3) The Audited report to be submitted to the District Magistrate, CoochBehar latest by one month after receiving work order.
4) The applicant are to liberty to visit the work site on any working day during office hours in presence of an assess the extent of works to be done. No claim other than quoted rate will be entertained later on this regard.
5) The authority reserve the right to accept or reject any or all quotation paper without assigning any reason.
6) The authority is not bound to select the agency / person quoting lowest rate to offer execution the agreement, rather technical / financial resource, experience, reputation etc. will also be considered.
