PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 87 (RE-2008)/2004-2009

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE 2008)
1. In Appendix 37D, under Table 10, the following is added in the Index of Market Linked Focus Products category under J after Sl.No.25:

2. Consequently, the above mentioned products/groups destined to specified linked markets only are entitled to benefit under Para 3.10.7 of Foreign Trade Policy (RE-2008)/2004-2009 on exports w.e.f 1.4.2008.
