PUBLIC NOTICE No. 72 (RE-2008) 2004-09
NEW DELHI: the 2nd September 2008.
In exercise of power conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I) in Appendix 4C (list of agencies authorized to issue Certificate of Origin-Non-Preferential)
“The existing entry at Sr. No. 6 in Public Notice No. 63 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated the 12th August, 2008 regarding delisting of Meghalaya International Exporters Chamber of Commerce (MIECC), Dawki Jaintia Hills is hereby deleted.”
This issues in Public Interest.
