PUBLIC NOTICE No. 43 (RE-2008)/2004-2009
NEW DELHI: Dated the 4th July, 2008
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Hand Book of Procedures, Vol. I (RE-2008):
1. Following clause shall be added as Sl. No. 5 in the guidelines for applicants in the ANF 4D (Application for clubbing of AdvanceAuthorisations), Sl. No. 3.a. 5 in the guidelines for applicants in the ANF 4F (Application for Redemption / No Bond Certificate against Advance Authorisation), and Sl. No. 7 in the guidelines for applicants in ANF 4H (Application for DFIA) :
“FOB value of export for the purpose of V.A shall be arrived at after excluding the Agency Commission, if any. This provision shall be applicable for authorizations issued on or after 1.4.2008”.
This issues in public interest.
