In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I:
1. Export of Skimmed Milk Product (SMP), Casein and any other Milk Product shall not be entitled for the benefit of VKGUY Scheme and Focus Market scheme with immediate effect.
This issues in public interest.
