Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms (Seventh Amendment) Rules, 2008 (Notification of new form 67 for Addendum)

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, dated the 24th December, 2008.

G.S.R. 876(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 642 read with section 610B of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms, 1956, namely: –

1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms (Seventh Amendment) Rules, 2008.

(2) These rules shall come into force from 15th February, 2009.

2. In the Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms, 1956,‑

(i)  after sub-rule (2) of rule 20A, the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:‑

“(3) Any further information called for, in respect of an application or e-Form or document, filed electronically, with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on its website, namely, www.mca.gov.in, shall be furnished in Form No.67 as an addendum;”

(ii) n the Annexure ‘A’, after Form No. 66, the following form shall be inserted, namely:-
