NOTIFICATION NO. 47 (RE-2007)/2004-2009
NEW DELHI, DATED THE 12th NOVEMBER, 2007
S.O. (E) – In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in Notification No.15(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 27.06.2006 (as amended from time to time), to add the following paragraph after Para 3:-
“3A The prohibition shall not be applicable to export of 178.70 tonnes of pulses to Nepal by MMTC.”
