G.S.R. 648(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2006 (23 of 2006), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st of November, 2006 as the date on which the provisions of Sections 2 and 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
