Indbank Merchant Banking Services Ltd invites applications for empanelment as Chartered Accountants firm for Internal Audit
1. Eligibility criteria:
a) Chartered Accountant firm operating from Chennai with a minimum of 4 partners with experience in conduct of internal audit of NBFCs / Stock Brokers / Investment Banking operations / Bank branches / PSUs. .
b) The firm should possess minimum of 10 years experience in the field and one of the partners should have experience of minimum of 5 years in conduct of Internal Audit.
2. General conditions:
a) The Company shall empanel the applicants as per its needs and requirements. The selection will be on the basis of eligibility criteria, past experience, credentials and suitability. However, mere satisfying the eligibility norms will not entitle an applicant to be empanelled.
b) Depending upon the number of applications received, the Company reserves the right to empanel only the required number of Chartered Accountants firm as deemed fit.
c) The award of specific assignments to those empanelled will be on the basis of requirements from time to time and on the evaluation of the applicants done by the Company.
d) Decision of the Company in all matters regarding number of Chartered Accountants firm to be empanelled, their eligibility , the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents to be produced, empanelling / award of assignment and any other matter relating to this notification will be final and binding on the applicants. No correspondence or personal enquiries shall be entertained by the Company in this regard.
e) Any request for change of address will not be entertained.
f) Any resultant dispute arising out of this notification shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts situated in Chennai.
Application should be submitted in the prescribed proforma with all particulars supported by relevant Certificates and be sent in a separate cover superscribed “empanelment of Chartered Accountants firm for Internal Audit” to the following address so as to reach on or before 15.04.2012.
