INCIDENT REPORT
In course of an investigation conducted by the Officers of Headquarter Anti Evasion Unit, Siliguri Commissionerate, it revealed that M/s D.K.ENTERPRISE, Nutan Bazar, P.O. + Dist. Cooch Behar, West Bengal, PIN – 736 101 was engaged in providing ‘Management, Maintenance or Repair’ services to National Highway and Public Works (Roads) department in the District of Cooch Behar. They had been providing the service without taking any Service Tax registration and without paying any Service Tax.
Investigation unveiled a Service Tax evasion of Rs. 1,48,20,473.00 (Rupees One Crore, Forty Eight Lakh, Twenty Thousand, Four Hundred and Seventy Three).
Action to recover the Service Tax is in progress.

They had been providing the service without taking any Service Tax registration and without paying any Service Tax.
Investigation unveiled a Service Tax evasion of Rs. 66,62,43 1.00 (Rupees Sixty Six Lakh, Sixty Two Thousand, Four Hundred and Thirty One).
Action to recover the Service Tax is in progress.

They had been providing the service without taking any Service Tax registration and without paying any Service Tax.
Investigation unveiled a Service Tax evasion of Rs. 1,64,98,596.00 (Rupees One Crore, Sixty Four Lakh, Ninety Eight Thousand, Five Hundred and Ninety Six).
Action to recover the Service Tax is in progress.
