In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 230 of the INCOME-TAX ACT, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Revenue Division) No. S.R.O. 961, dated the 25th May, 1953, namely :
This notification contains amendments to Income-tax Act, carried out on 4th October, 1962, not reproduced here as it is already contained in the body of the act itself
